Launched in 2019, the Hotel de la Ville has quickly become one of Rome’s most coveted addresses due to its vibrant personality, striking design and lively atmosphere. Having won several international design awards, hosted fashion events, film stars, artist and international personalities the hotel reopens its doors with the enhanced roof top terrace.
Following the huge success of last season’s “aperitivi” the Cielo Terrace will now be hosting guests throughout the day offering a range of menus designed by Fulvio Pierangelini, Director of Food for Rocco Forte Hotels, acclaimed worldwide for the creative simplicity and authenticity of his dishes.
Starting from the most scenic of breakfasts and al fresco lunches to breathtaking sunset cocktails and romantic candle lit dinners Fulvio’s menus feature seasonal local produce artfully blended into memorable meals.
Private dining experiences may be arranged on the hotel’s panoramic terraces, for guests wishing to have tailored menus and their very own stunning view of the Eternal City.
Hotel de la Ville also offers in-suite cooking classes and cocktail master classes with the expert assistance of the Hotel Chef and Head Bartender for guests wanting to learn the art of local cuisine and mixology.
